It stayed on the ground for 3.84 miles and was up to 60 yards wide. NWS damage survey revealed a tornado developed over the small community of Riley and tracked around 4 miles to the northeast. The tornado caused EF2 damage at one home just northeast of Riley where outbuildings were destroyed and trees suffered significant damage.
