Our name

PickARoofer: one word, capital P and R. We are a directory of U.S. roofing contractors. Where we show a Verified badge, we matched the contractor to an active entry in the state licensing registry and recorded the date of the check; contractors we have not checked yet are listed without one. Nobody pays for a listing to rank higher, and nobody pays for a badge.

The hail data feed is an aggregation of NOAA Storm Prediction Center preliminary local storm reports, refreshed every 10 minutes and published under CC BY 4.0. No signup or permission needed: credit PickARoofer and link to the feed. Please keep NOAA’s caveat with the numbers: these are preliminary, unverified reports, not confirmed damage to any roof.
