Lead Pricing, Published in Full
Founder pilot: a flat $99 per exclusive roofing lead. Published tier pricing ($150–250 by market) applies after the pilot. No monthly fees, no contracts, no "call us for a quote". Your first 3 leads are free.
Founder pilot — limited cohort: contractors joining now pay a flat $99 per qualified exclusive lead instead of the tier pricing below, locked for the pilot period. Invalid leads are credited without a dispute (request within 7 days). When the pilot cohort is full, the standard tiers apply.
The short version: you pay per accepted lead, and only per accepted lead. During the founder pilot that's a flat $99; our published tier pricing averages $175 and applies after the pilot. There is no subscription, no minimum, and no annual commitment — and an invalid lead is refunded under our Refund Policy.

How the price is set
After the founder pilot, lead prices vary by metro area, within a published $150–250 range. Two things move the price:
- Market size and job value. Larger metros with higher average roof-replacement values sit at the top of the range; smaller cities sit at the bottom.
- Storm activity. Hail-belt and storm-prone metros produce more urgent, insurance-backed jobs, so leads there are priced higher.
The price for your market is confirmed during account setup, before you accept your first paid lead — so you never accept a lead without knowing exactly what it costs.
Typical price tiers (after the founder pilot)
| Tier | Market type | Typical price per exclusive lead |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Major metros and active storm/hail-belt markets (high job values, insurance-driven demand) | $225–250 |
| Tier 2 | Mid-size metros with steady replacement and repair demand | $175–225 |
| Tier 3 | Smaller cities (50K–500K population) — our core focus, underserved by the big platforms | $150–175 |
Ranges are typical, not quotes. Your exact market price is confirmed at signup and shown on every lead preview before you accept.
What's included in every lead
- Exclusivity. The lead is routed to you and only you, with a 30-minute exclusive claim window. No other contractor sees the homeowner's contact info while it's in your queue.
- Verified homeowner intent. The homeowner submitted a request themselves; we validate the phone number's format, block disposable emails, and de-duplicate repeat submissions within 24 hours before delivery. No recycled or scraped contacts.
- TCPA consent on record. Every homeowner consents to be contacted when they submit — you call with documented consent, not a cold list.
- Project details up front. City, job type, and project description in the preview — accept or decline before you're billed.
- Refund protection. Unreachable, fake, duplicate, or out-of-area leads are refunded or credited under our plain-English refund policy.
How this compares to your alternatives
Running your own Google Ads: published industry benchmarks put the median cost per roofing lead from search ads in the $125–228 range — before agency or management fees, and with no verification that the click was a homeowner ready to talk. You also carry the setup and optimization work yourself.
Shared-lead marketplaces: the sticker price per lead can look similar, but the same homeowner is typically sold to multiple contractors — 3–8 on the big platforms, per 2026 industry reporting — so your close rate carries the cost. Industry benchmarks put shared-lead close rates around 13–20% versus roughly 27–30% for exclusive leads. At our published $175 average per exclusive lead (the founder-pilot price is an even lower flat $99/lead) closing at 25%, lead spend per booked job is about $700; a $250 shared lead closing at 15% works out to roughly $1,667 per booked job.
