Oklahoma

Oklahoma requires a contractor license through the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (CIB). This is a statewide requirement with a searchable public database. Our admin team can revoke verified status if a contractor's license lapses, their insurance expires without renewal, or a pattern of homeowner complaints raises concerns that the initial verification did not catch. This admin workflow exists specifically because contractor status changes after initial approval — a license in good standing in January may be suspended by June.
