It stayed on the ground for 3.48 miles and was up to 550 yards wide. An NWS Storm Survey concluded that thunderstorm damage near Hosston, Louisiana was consistent with that of a tornado. The tornado was rated an EF2 in intensity with winds estimated near 115 mph. One home in Hosston, Louisiana received minor damage.
