Was My Roof Hit by Hail?

We geocode your address (US Census Bureau, free — no signup) and check NOAA hail reports near that exact point. Your address is never stored.

What This Tool Does — and Does Not — Tell You

This checks NOAA Storm Prediction Center Local Storm Reports (preliminary, unverified) within 10 miles of your geocoded address over the last 90 days. A report near your address means hail was recorded nearby on that date — it does not mean your specific roof is damaged, and a quiet result does not guarantee no hail occurred (smaller or unreported events happen). The only way to know for certain is a ground-level look and a free inspection from a local roofer.

For a 10-year county history and ZIP/city search instead of an exact address, see the hail check by ZIP or city and the 10-year hail risk lookup. For the raw dataset, see the public hail data feed.
